Our innovative Bat-Mitzvah programs are designed to prepare 11-year old girls for their Bat-Mitzvah.
Through this weekly program, your child's Bat-Mitzvah will take on new significance and meaning. The Program will guide her in how to prepare for this great occasion, and provide the soon-to-be 'adult' with a year of memorable experiences and enriching Jewish fundamentals and values.
Whilst very informative, our Bat-Mitzvah program is presented in a fun and enjoyable manner. Led by our dedicated Bat-Mitzvah teacher, it is innovative and exciting. The Batmi girl will find out more about fascinating traditional and contemporary Jewish issues trough songs, arts & crafts, cuisine, visual technology and exciting excursions. New and lasting friendships will be created; and our unique Shabbaton — an unforgettable treat. What better way to prepare for her ‘big day’ - her Bat-Mitzvah, to be celebrated with family and friends in a most moving and memorable ceremony.
We guarantee you an experience for a lifetime!
Some of the topics covered during the Bat-Mtizvah Program include; Bat-Mtizvah, the Jewish Woman, the Holocaust and Israel, Jewish life in Australia, Jewish Marriage, the Synagogue and Judaism in the 21st Century.
Programs are now operating in Elsternwick and Kew.
